As project manager, Managing Partner, Nick Ofak oversaw the construction of the Tivoli Condominiums project: A (2) phased 150,000 SF townhouse and condominium complex which included a 120 units and a 2 level parking garage. The townhouse low rise consisted of cast-in-place and brick face design. The condo 10 story mid-rise was a filigree plank with precast panel design; project cost totaled $40Million.
